Ticketing and follow up was superb. Pepe even called us to check that we would be on time. We were late. He is a historian, a story teller, and a poet. Oh, very funny. Superb guide. Been to Paris 20 times and he taught us a lot that we never knew about Ile de la Cite. Just superb.

When I signed up for the tour, I believed it would be of the outside of the Basilica itself. Once I found that the beginning was at Pont d Neuf, I change my expectations and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide was excellent, enthusiastic, and very informative.
