Our tour at Notre Dame was awesome, our tour guide, Antonio was excellent, really enjoyed the tour, would us Headout again
Our guide, Anthony was amazing and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed learning all the details we otherwise would not have known.
The guide was great, but it wasn't clear from the website that the tour was in English. The guide's explanations were good but in our opinion the content is not worth 50€ (no access to the treasure....)

Our guide, Diana, was friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the cathedral history and architectural/artistic points of interest. I've visited Notre Dame cathedral many times, but came away from this tour witb new insights and knowledge.
Our guide Diana was fantastic! Her stories included the perfect blend of art and French history, architecture and levity. I am so glad we signed up for this tour!
The tour included everything about Notre Dame. Diane was a great guide, her explanations were precise and she is really nice with the people.
Our guide was fabulous. She cleverly brought an I pad with her so she could show us before photos of the fire. I could hear and understand her English. English not being her first language. She's a gem.
Couldn’t have asked for a better tour! Guide was lively, stories were interesting, and skipping the line was a lifesaver. Bring a light jacket—gets chilly inside.
Cold and windy in Jan, but guide made it bearable with good stories. Wish we could get closer to the doors. Decent tour, but maybe better in warmer months.
Went with my girlfriend. The tour was interesting and our guide Bruno kept us laughing. Loved the bit about the statues with no heads!
It was ok. The guide was nice and told us interesting facts, but it was sooo crowded we could barely move. Would maybe try in early morning next time to avoid the crowds.
Our party of 5 throughly enjoyed the tour, both outside and inside. I did have to read the ticket confirmation information several times before understanding that it was not a Headout Tour. The tour guide did not know of Headout, but we did finally realize we were taking the same tour.
Tour was GREAT! Guide was hilarious and full of weird facts. Loved skipping the line. Would recommend for anyone who hates waiting.
I came with my parents and my little sister, and we all enjoyed it. The guide explained everything in simple terms so even my sis understood. Also, loved seeing the scaffolding up close. Felt very safe, and group wasn’t too big. Def worth it!
Wasn’t expecting to only see the outside but it was still cool. Guide gave us lots of fun facts. Crowds weren’t too bad in March.
Tour was fun, guide told us about the fire and the rebuild. Couldn’t get close but still cool to see all the details on the outside.
Pretty good overall. Guide had some great stories but sometimes too fast. Loved the restoration details. Worth it for skipping the line.
Took my kids (9 and 12) and they actually paid attention for once! Guide made it fun for them with trivia and stories. Crowds were a bit much but still a GREAT way to learn about the cathedral.
Our guide was hilarious! Made the stories about the statues and the fire soooo interesting. Went with my family and even my teens liked it (which is saying something).
The tour guide was right on time and very knowledgeable. Not sure why there were negative reviews. We were on time in front of the statue and so was she. Dry good experience
Absolutely stunning! The guide was super energetic and answered all our questions. The skip-the-line ticket is a game changer. Bit crowded but still epic.
Took my parents and they loved it! Guide was patient, group was a bit big but manageable. Skipping the line is sooo worth it.
Took the tour with my family. Kids actually enjoyed it! Guide made it fun and told us about the bees on the roof. So random but cool.
Wasn’t sure what to expect but honestly, LOVED it. Andre, our guide, switched between English and Spanish like a pro. The history is wild, especially after the fire. Heads up: can’t get too close to the main doors. Still took a million pics.
Really liked the tour, guide was super friendly and explained all the fire restoration stuff well. Wish we could’ve gone inside tho. Also, wear comfy shoes, the cobblestones are no joke. Weather was a bit chilly but still worth it.

We arrived a little late due to travel delays and they waited for us and still provided an informative exterior tour. Entry was very quick and easy.
Our guide was knowledgeable and imparted historical and oftentimes complicated information in an easy to understand format that set the foundation for the group to absorb and appreciate the historical aspects on the Cathedral. I have travelled widely for the last 50 years globally and must say she is one of the best I have encountered.
It is a funny experience the walking tour through the island but its not worth the money. Notre dame is free and i thought i was gonna get a tour of the notre dame not of the island. Go to notre dame for free and save yourself money.
Took my grandma on this tour and she loved it! Guide was super patient and even slowed down for her pace. Would recommend for families.
Went with my partner and we both loved it. Our guide was so fun! Learned about the bells and the fire. Would def recommend.
Went with my partner, was our last day in Paris. Honestly, this tour was a highlight. Didn’t expect to laugh so much (the guide had jokes about the gargoyles). The construction is a bit distracting but also kinda cool to see history in the making. If you love stories, you’ll enjoy this.
SO glad we booked this! Our guide was energetic and had tons of old stories about Notre Dame. Also, shout out to the tip about the nearby bakery—best croissant ever. If you get the chance, try to go in the late afternoon for the light. Super photogenic.
Was okay. Too many people in my group, and the guide’s mic kept cutting out. Notre Dame is beautiful but wish the logistics were better.
Went on a weekday morning with my cousin. Less crowded than expected! Guide was friendly and cracked a few jokes. Learned some cool facts (the statues on the front are NOT original, who knew??). It rained halfway but we just hid under a tree and the guide kept going. Would recommend, just bring an umbrella.
Really enjoyed the tour, but there were a lot of people around, so sometimes it was hard to get a good view. Still, guide gave us lots of time to ask questions. Would recommend going early morning if you can.
Took this tour solo and ended up chatting with other travelers. The guide made everyone feel welcome. Learned so much about the fire and the rebuild.
Wasn’t sure if an outdoor tour would be that interesting but it’s honestly incredible how much you can learn just looking at the outside. Our guide had a laser pointer (lol) and pointed out tiny carvings way up high. If you’re a detail nerd, this is for you.
Busy day but still managed to enjoy the tour. Lots of construction but guide explained everything and even had a little map to show us what’s new. Good for history buffs.
Did the tour with my wife and teenage son. We all enjoyed it, especially the stories about the gargoyles. Great way to see Notre Dame!
Pretty good tour. Guide was friendly and shared some cool facts (like which gargoyle is supposed to protect the city). Only downside: too many ppl in the group.
My friends and I had a blast. The guide was upbeat and made history fun. Construction is still going, but the stories more than make up for it. 10/10.
Booked the Notre Dame walking tour for a solo trip. Group was bigger than I expected but still manageable. Guide was really passionate, maybe talked a bit too fast at times (I missed a couple stories). The outside is STUNNING, even with all the construction going on. Didn’t get to go inside, but honestly the facade is the real star. Bring water and sunscreen, gets HOT in June. Overall, solid experience.
One word: FANTASTIC. The tour was well organized, and the guide was super friendly. Loved the little alleyways he showed us. Would recommend for sure.
Notre Dame blew my mind. The tour gave me new respect for all the work going into rebuilding it. Loved seeing the before & after photos. Our guide even had a little quiz at the end. Super fun.
Went with my parents and little sister. The guide made it fun for all ages, and we learned a ton. Loved the secret photo spot behind the cathedral!
Pretty informative, guide was friendly. The only issue was some confusion at the start about where to meet. Once we got going it was fine.
Wow, what a tour! Our guide was so funny and kept us engaged the whole time. Learned about the fire and the restoration. Highly recommend!
We joined the 10am tour with a few friends. Maybe it was just that day, but it felt a bit rushed. Guide was nice, but hard to hear sometimes with the street traffic. Notre Dame itself is GORGEOUS, but all the fencing blocks the best photo spots, so heads up. If you’re into architecture, you’ll still enjoy it.
Not bad. Learned some stuff about the facade, but honestly I’m not that into history. Worth seeing once but I prob wouldn’t do it again.
Pretty good! Guide was friendly and shared a lot of stories. Wish we had more time for photos but the group had to move fast.

The audio was very discriptibe. and pointed out details I wasn't aware of it was a a good pace and the descriptions were very clear and delivered in a lovely voice.
It's simply breathtaking in its reality, its history, its graphics, its sensations... an extraordinary technical performance. Incredible, I recommend it to everyone I know.

We were told by staff outside Notre Dame that all bookings had been cancelled due to the Pope passing away. We were not informed of this and would not find anyone from the Heading Out team. I have emailed about a refund and not heard back. A very expensive experience for 3 people when we got nothing!
Never found anyone from your organization.

We went to the Notre Dane experience with 4 children aged 8 to 16. It was too long for the youngest child as there is no guided tour in German. Everyone else was thrilled. I myself had to take my glasses off several times because I was getting dizzy. The tour provides historical background in a very youth-friendly way.

I know it was an archeological tour. It was very interesting but then a little boring. I guess I was expecting relucs from Notre Dame also
I thought it was Notre Dame crypt it is NOT clear it was roman remains. It was too dark and not good enough to see everything. The shop is not accessible when you leave.
This was a really interesting piece of history, basically beneath Notre Dame. I was really happy to see that it has been preserved and is available for people to see. It's an easy tour and you can take as much time as you need.
We had been to Paris several times before but this was really a winner. We went mainly for Notre Dame. Well we thoroughly enjoyed that. The crypt was a highlight so cleverly exposed. Also the new cathedral was very nice weather to see the cathedral in its full glory. We enjoyed
