I enjoyed walking around the area and learning about the various structures. I was surprised we were handed a piece of paper with the audio instructions and that wasn't provided in an email. I do not have that piece of paper so missed that part of the tour as promised. The guide was very knowledgeable and took us to some interesting places around Notre Dame. He provided a brief description of Notre Dame which was helpful. I just wish I had the audio guide instructions as I would still like to listen and I did pay for that. Thank you!

Short history hearing was interesting and flower market was very beautiful. At the venue was traffic so noisy and the tour guide spoke so quietly, so half of the information went missing. I thought, that the tour ticket also includes skip-the-line tickets, but not.

The meeting area was not where the guide was. Thank goodness he got ahold of me and as it was too late for us to meet him for the walking tour he sent our tickets to get into notra DamnI feel I should be compensated somewhat as I missed the walking part due to being sent the wrong meeting point instructions

There are A LOT of groups meeting by the statue, and it was hard to find the guide - I mentioned 'Headout' but guide didn't recognize it, fortunately we did figure it out with names. For the exterior discussion, it lasted about 10min and then the guide walked us to the group entry, and we went in. It all happened quite quickly, and was very underwhelming from what was advertised. The guide was very nice, though. The 'skip the line' for 12.45 on a Wed, didn't save us much time, as the main entry line didn't seem to be too long. Prior to all of this, I had a waiting period of several hours to know whether or not the event was actually booked, due to some technical error? Overall, a very poor experience. This tour does not exist. We were met by the guide shortly AFTER the start time not 15 minutes before as we were requested. Then we were told there was no guided tour of the outside of Notre Dam and all we had was access to the catherdral, which is free to everyone! Accordingly this was a non-existant tour, wer are expecting Headout to refund the money immediately.

I booked an English guided tour 10.30 - 12.30. The ticket didn't allow skip the line entry until 13.30. My guide was in German, not English as ordered. The guide concentrated almost exclusively on the chapels which was interesting but only a fraction of the information one might have been able to learn about the cathedral as a whole.

The tour was great and competent, informative and entertaining. We were told the wrong time the day before. 3:00 pm instead of 4:00 pm. It was also not taken into account that Notre Dane closes earlier in the evening. We could no longer get in. This should have been known in advance and we should have been informed. Then I would have booked a separate time slot. The group was very annoyed about this.

I really enjoyed Tina's tour! It was especially great and informative since is an art historian as well as understanding the French political history. It was so comprehensive. We absolutely loved our guide he was knowledgeable on the topics he shared with us during the tour and the one of the reasons I starred awesome, but it was not the tour I signed up for which was access to Notre Dame with a guided tour plus optional locations. What we received was the optional locations which were very interesting and we truly enjoyed, but then the tour ended with us standing at the Notre Dame plaza with no history of the cathedral provided. Your advertising of this particular tour is misleading as shown by your email which states the name of the tour as "Notre-Dame Cathedral & Optional Île de la Cité Guided Tour". I misunderstood your description and thought this included skipping the lines to get into Notre Dame. What I am VERY DISSATISFIED about was our tickets to the Louvre. If you can't get the free tickets on line, this is an economical alternative, and these are reserved tickets. We were there on a Monday, and the reserve line was just a few minutes while the general admission line looked like it would take a very long time to get in. The outdoor guided narrative was helpful.

The explanations are too quick, and there's no indication of which way to turn in the church according to what's being said. Apart from left or right, it's really not clear. There should be short interruptions to enable visitors to fully understand what they're looking at, and to stop for a few moments to appreciate what they're looking at.

We went to the Notre Dane experience with 4 children aged 8 to 16. It was too long for the youngest child as there is no guided tour in German. Everyone else was thrilled. It was a great way to see and learn about Ile del la cite. Caroline, our guide was knowledgeable and fun. My only fault was upon arrival Carole said this tour did not include entry tickets to the Conciergerie. So we were unable to enter even though the name of tour says it is included. Carole was confused about this as well. Other wise, very good.

Ticketing and follow up was superb. Pepe even called us to check that we would be on time. We were late. He is a historian, a story teller, and a poet. Oh, very funny. Superb guide. Been to Paris 20 times and he taught us a lot that we never knew about Ile de la Cite. Just superb.

When I signed up for the tour, I believed it would be of the outside of the Basilica itself. Once I found that the beginning was at Pont d Neuf, I change my expectations and thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
Our guide was excellent, enthusiastic, and very informative.
